01 Protocol Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your access to the Global Drive Portfolio technical infrastructure. By initializing an account or interacting with our data streams, you expressly agree to the operational boundaries defined herein. If you do not agree to these protocols, system access must be terminated immediately.

02 Identity & Security

Authorized users must provide high-integrity data during the onboarding process. Maintaining the confidentiality of your access keys and security credentials is a primary user responsibility. Any unauthorized node access or breach of account integrity must be reported to our technical desk within 24 hours.

03 Usage Restrictions

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile or intercept proprietary system logic.
• Network Stress: Using the platform in a way that creates artificial latency or impacts node performance.
• Unauthorized Mining: Engaging in unauthorized data harvesting or extraction from our market telemetry.
• Legal Violations: Utilizing the infrastructure in contradiction to global digital asset regulations.

04 External Gateway Links

Our infrastructure may feature gateways to third-party digital environments. We do not maintain governance over external protocol security or content and assume no liability for interactions occurring outside our immediate network boundaries.

05 Limitation of Liability

Global Drive Portfolio and its technical partners shall not be held liable for system downtime, data latency, or resource fluctuations resulting from market volatility or third-party provider failures. The system is provided on an "as-available" basis for technical analysis.

06 Protocol Evolution

We reserve the right to upgrade these terms to reflect changes in system architecture or global compliance standards. Continued use of the platform following these updates constitutes acceptance of the new framework.

07 System Governance

These terms are governed by the corporate regulations of our primary operational jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be addressed through our internal arbitration protocol before proceeding to legal channels.
